Thank you for visiting my portfolio; I’m Payton, a digital media specialist with a diverse background in social media, graphic design, product development, and SEO strategy.

I was raised in Minnesota, where I attended Minnetonka Senior High and graduated in 2018 with a diploma from the International Baccalaureate program. My schooling then brought me to Washington, where I studied psychology and neuroscience at the University of Puget Sound, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 2022.

Since then, I’ve found success using my psychology background to inform my work in design, advertising, and marketing. During college, I managed design and production of an outdoorsmen’s watch for conservation group Duck’s Unlimited, which sold over a thousand units at their fundraiser events. Immediately post-college, I found work as a social media manager for MoreCommerce, an e-commerce company, where I ran Instagram and Facebook accounts for the home goods brand, Dot&Bo, and online marketplace, Storenvy. In 2023, I moved on to work for a local Chinese-owned cabinetry distributor, Pioneer Cabinetry, managing their website, print catalogue, and social media. Following a management change at Pioneer Cabinetry, I worked a brief stint at Going Twice Trading Cards, where I was a livestream host for their live Pokemon TCG TikTok shop. After leaving Going Twice, I joined a local marketing agency, David White Marketing Services, where I began as a marketing assistant but quickly moved up to SEO Strategist and Production Manager.

Outside of my work, I enjoy drawing, watching football, playing video games, and spending time with friends. I have a great love of animals, and am a huge fan of Pokemon.
